Workers Compensation &
Risk Management

Free Workers Compensation Analysis. Using an experience modification worksheet, we'll focus on the cost drivers influencing your workers' compensation program.

Complete Risk Management Analysis. We'll review your reported losses and reserves, safety programs, training and incentives, then work with you to reduce workers compensation premiums and evaluate options to finance risks.

Illness and Injury Prevention Plan. We'll review or prepare your plan for adequacy and compliance--particularly related to training and accident investigations--and, if needed, assist you with the planning and operation of a Safety Committee.

Accident Investigations. Accidents happen, but we can help minimize the detrimental effects on your business and your staff. We'll conduct an on-site review of the causes and circumstances of a significant accident, review potential third-party liability, and advise on mitigation and/or future prevention. We can also assist with a Cal-OSHA investigation or penalties.


Human Resources

Employee Handbooks and Personnel Policies. We'll review your handbooks or compliance with current law and court decisions and suggest modifications as necessary. Personnel policies should be reviewed at least every two years. New handbooks can be drafted if needed.

Sexual Harassment Training. We conduct on-site training meeting requirements of California law for supervisory training, two hours every two years. Also, we have video and printed training materials available for you to conduct training yourself if you desire.

Employment Law Consultation. Help is available for discipline and termination problems, wage and hour, employment legal questions or discrimination issues. We can help with advice about your concerns, investigate cases or represent you when faced with charges or claims.
